  • Late Payment Fees: A late fee of 1.5% per month (18% annually) will be applied to overdue balances
  • Expenses: Client is responsible for reimbursement of pre-approved expenses incurred during service delivery
  • Currency: We accept payments in multiple currencies with conversion rates determined at the time of invoice

4. Service Policies

4.1 Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel an ordered service on the same day of purchase, free of charge.

Cancellations made from the following day onward will incur a 50% non-refundable fee, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Once the required materials have been submitted and payment has been made, the client acknowledges and agrees that work on the project may begin immediately. From that point, the service cannot be fully cancelled. If the client insists on cancellation, 50% of the total order value will be retained to cover preparatory work and resource allocation.

In cases where the service has been partially delivered, all work already completed is non-refundable.

4.2 Refund Policy

As our services involve customized digital marketing, content management, and online engagement solutions, payments are non-refundable once the service has commenced.

If the service has not yet started, a full refund is available.

If the client experiences errors or service shortcomings, please notify us in writing. We will strive to correct or supplement the service where possible.

For digital products or pre-prepared materials, refunds are not available once access has been granted.

4.3 Revision and Change Policy

Clients may request revisions during the service under the following conditions:

The first revision is free if requests are reasonable and within the project specifications.

Additional or significant revisions will incur additional charges.

Revision requests must be submitted in writing, preferably within 5 days of service commencement.

Changes may not affect the project’s fundamental deadlines or already delivered portions without a mutually agreed-upon new timeline and fee.

5. Liability and Warranties

5.1 Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed $10,000 or the amount paid for services, whichever is less. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

In no event shall Private Media Network LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

5.2 Warranties and Guarantees

Our services are provided on a best-effort basis, using professional skills, tools, and industry practices.

While we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing, content, and technology solutions, we do not provide guarantees of specific results such as traffic volume, sales conversions, audience growth, or revenue.

Clients acknowledge that the effectiveness of digital marketing and online campaigns depends on multiple factors beyond our control, including market conditions, platform policies, and audience behavior.

We warrant that all services will be delivered in accordance with the agreed project scope and timeline, provided that the client supplies all required information and materials on time.

In the event of service errors or deficiencies caused directly by us, we will take reasonable steps to correct, replace, or re-perform the service at no additional cost.

Except as expressly stated above, no other warranties or guarantees, whether expressed or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement), are provided.

6. Additional Legal Terms

6.1 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in work products created specifically for the client shall transfer to the client upon full payment. Private Media Network LLC retains rights to general methodologies, know-how, and pre-existing intellectual property.

6.2 Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of the service relationship. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.

6.3 Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government actions.

6.4 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this service relationship shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be achieved, disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration as agreed upon by both parties.

8. Governing Law
